As you know, when we started the process of designing the bookshelves, we weren't exactly sure what we wanted. You were so patient and had such wonderful suggestions, but remained open throughout the process to modifications. You were considerate of our home, you took the time to answer our children's many questions, and still put the shelves up in record time! Most importantly, these shelves have transformed our living room, making it into the room I envisioned when we first moved in 2 years ago. Somehow you managed to effect this transformation while having it blend seamlessly with the existing architecture. I can't tell you how many friends have said "Wow! It looks like it has always been there!" On a more personal note, having this space to display our favorite books and family photos has been tremendously important. I have already recommended you without any reservation to my friends. I don't doubt that we will get a chance to work together again!
